How to transfer from an iOS device to another iOS device:

• To know if your account is ready to be synchronized, open the game settings and confirm that you see the ✅ icon below your Username.

• Your account will be automatically transferred as long as you are connected to the same Game Center profile when you install the game on a new iOS device.



How to transfer from an Android device to another Android device:

• To know if your account is ready to be synchronized, open the game settings and confirm that you see the ✅ icon below your Username.

• Your account can be automatically transferred as long as you are connected to the same Google Play profile when you install the game on a new Android device.


How to transfer from an Android to an iOS device, or the opposite:

• Only our support team can help you with that. Please send us a message from the new device that you wish to use and include the User ID of your previous device.

• To find your User ID, open the Settings in the top right corner of the Home screen and use the "Copy” button to easily share it.

⚠️ Your User ID is sensitive information that can be also used to restore lost accounts. Avoid sharing it publicly.


How to reset your account:

• If you really desire to start over, please send a message to our support team from the account that you want us to reset and we will take care of it.
